I had a great experience from start to finish working with Mason Steel Buildings. From our first conversation, everyone I spoke with was friendly and professional, and they really took the time to understand my project. They answered all of my questions, kept me in the loop throughout the process, and made everything super easy. Overall, the entire process went smoothly and was stress-free.

I don’t usually give reviews but after the experience I’ve had over the last eight months searching for and dealing with different steel building manufacturers we ended up purchasing from Mason Steel Buildings in June 2025.
When I tell you, we spoke with some of the biggest shysters in the industry and all types of different sales reps who seem like all they wanted was our money without even looking at our blueprints or plans.
My brother-in-law came across Mason Steel Buildings on Facebook and sent me a link to one of their posts. We Initially made contact with Jason a sales rep at Mason Steel Buildings in early June.
Jason was the best sales rep and most knowledgeable that we spoke to throughout the whole process. And I must say every single representative we dealt with within this organization has had nothing but exceptional customer service, extensive knowledge, and we couldn’t have asked for more.
After the purchase we were connected with Jennifer, our project manager. We must’ve called her 30 times and made changes every single time, sometimes three times in the same day. Not once did she show frustration or aggravation. To the contrary she was always willing to help guide us and make sure we were getting the most value for our dollar. Without Jennifer and the project management team at Mason Steel Buildings, I don’t think we could’ve got it done. But they truly made it very easy.
The material was delivered two weeks ago and delivery could not have been smoother. The quality of materials is exactly what I expected and as described by my sales representative.
The one negative thing Was that I didn’t know I needed some extra two by fours to stock some of the material off of. Luckily, I had some extra scrap wood in the shed and that didn’t end up being an issue. But you definitely want to make sure you have some extra wood so that the material doesn’t sit on the grass upon delivery.
Inventory was good there was nothing missing and the construction package they gave us was very easy to read and inventory all the parts.
The concrete was just poured as you can see and the building is going to be erected next month.
All in all Mason Steel Buildings exceeded my expectations and I could not have asked for a more clear and transparent buying process. I would 💯 % use them again and recommend them to anybody who is looking to purchase a steel building. You will not be disappointed.

Mason Steel Buildings are a thing of masterpiece. I was able to order a specific shop detailed to my needs. Their staff and engineering support is second to none. The quality of their buildings is exceptional. Customer service is superb and they are very responsive to all inquiries and needs. I highly recommend using them for your next shop build. You can customize size, layouts and color of any shop you dream up.

Great experience throughout the process. Great communication. There is always someone reaching out to make sure the process moves forward. We had one small hiccup with shipping that was made right, by Mason. Prepare for a fare share of your own project management, outside of the building kit, itself. In the end, I got what I asked for at a very affordable price.

When I first began my search for a steel building I was super skeptical of every company I dealt with as the market is flooded with less then reputable companies who are quick to tell you anything you want to hear. My search eventually led me to Mason Steel which I found was less then a hour from where I lived. I loved the fact that they were local and I could make the drive out if needed. Mason Steel was a straight shooter for me and Eddy the sale manager put me at ease. There was a few hiccups throughout the process but Mason Steel alway did their best to make it right and Eddy made sure to go to bat for me. At the end of the process I can say in very pleased with the outcome of my building. 40x40x16 with a 13 foot lean-too off the side.

As the saying goes you get what you pay for, the quality is excellent, full soffits,finish grade trim,and very important base trim which looks great but keeps water out at the base ,no one offers this . No pieces missing and plenty of fasteners alot left over which is good, Eddy the sales rep was great.A word of note is you will absolutely need a construction type fork lift to off load ,you can probably build these yourself if you can read the engineered drawings otherwise Mason Steel can give you some references for assemblers. A lot of metal buildings don't have the extra trim and base trim which in this case Mason includes it and the finished product shows

I had a great experience constructing my
30' x 40' Mason Steel building. Once learned how to identify parts things went smoothly. I had several assembly question while doing this build. First time I have put one up. Questions were answered quickly and clearly so that I was able to continue my build with little delay. Don't get me wrong, it was a lot of work but the finished building looks great!

A Company You Can Trust – Eddy and Mason Steel Go Above and Beyond.
I don’t usually write reviews, but after getting to know Eddy and learning more about Mason Steel Buildings, I felt like I had to say something. It’s rare these days to come across a business that still leads with honesty and real care for their customers.
Even just talking with Eddy, it’s obvious how much pride he takes in his work. He’s upfront, easy to talk to, and doesn’t sugarcoat things—which I really appreciated. You get the sense that he actually wants to help you make the right decision, not just make a sale.
The buildings themselves are super solid and built with quality in mind, but honestly, what stood out most to me was the way they run their business. No pressure, no games—just transparency, great service, and a team that genuinely wants you to feel confident in what you’re getting.
If more companies operated the way Mason Steel does, the world would be a lot easier to navigate. Eddy's a good guy doing great work, and that goes a long way.
