Frustrated by inconsistent quality and lack of accountability in the industry, he created Mason Steel Buildings to deliver straightforward, high-quality solutions clients could trust.
Today, his leadership continues to reflect that original vision: practical, dependable, and focused on long-term relationships.
David Donahue

Zaynab Kadri
Director of Operations
Zaynab is the Director of Operations at Mason Steel Buildings, where she keeps everything running like a well-built steel frame; strong, precise, and dependable. Known for her strong organization, problem-solving mindset, and hands-on leadership style, she plays a key role in streamlining processes and driving efficiency across the company.
Whether it’s streamlining workflows or driving execution, she brings structure, teamwork, energy, and a “get it done right” mindset to everything she touches.

Sarita is the Director of Project Management, leading a great team of project managers and supporting them as we guide projects from start to finish. I’m originally from Georgia, but I moved to New England for college and ended up loving it so much that I never left. Since then, I’ve built both my career and my home here, and I enjoy working with teams, clients, and partners to keep projects organized, moving smoothly, and successful.

As Mason Steel Buildings Corp.’s IT & Technical Support Specialist, he manages the technology systems that keep our team connected and productive. From maintaining network infrastructure and software platforms to providing technical support and implementing new solutions, he ensures our operations run smoothly and efficiently while supporting both employees and customers with reliable technology services.
Joe Milhem
Northeast Regional Sales Manager
Joe is a Senior Building Consultant with hands-on experience helping homeowners and business owners navigate the process of planning and purchasing pre-engineered steel buildings. He takes a straightforward, no pressure approach focused on giving people clear answers, realistic expectations, and guidance they can actually use. Whether someone is early in the idea stage or ready to move forward, Joe’s goal is simply to make the process easier, more transparent, and a lot less overwhelming.

I’m also a devoted car and motorcycle enthusiast, with a passion that ranges from street cars to race cars and everything in between.

My name is Chris and I am a senior sales representative for Mason Steel. A lot of friends and coworkers call me CJ for a nickname ( Chris Jr.). I am hardworking, trustworthy, and take a lot of pride in my position at Mason Steel Buildings. Some of my favorite hobbies that I like to do outside of work include sports, cooking, and traveling. I am a die-hard Boston sports fan. Lastly, I am a big animal lover, and have had many pets, but currently I have a pet cat named Bean.

Senior Project Manager
Lucas is a Project Manager and Project Management graduate student with hands-on experience in construction and steel building projects. He also supports the team with Components Coordination, assisting with material coordination and ensuring that project components are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
He supports project coordination from initial client communication through engineering and delivery, helping ensure projects run smoothly and stay aligned with requirements and timelines. Lucas is detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys solving problems throughout the project lifecycle. He is focused on continuing to grow in the construction and project management field while contributing to the team’s success.

Hello, my name is Paul and I am one of the Project Managers here at Mason Steel Buildings. I take pride in providing great customer service while having strong communication skills and great relationships with my clients. I am a high energy individual who loves challenges and fulfilling the project lifecycle from start to finish. Outside of work, I enjoy playing sports and video games, trying new things, and having a great time with my friends!
Fun Fact: I love to run and started to train for the annual 10k in Boston!

Senior Project Manager/ Shipping Coordinator
Diran is a Project Manager as well as our Shipping Coordinator, where he oversees the smooth and successful delivery of our buildings. From start to finish, regardless of the project, he works closely with clients to make sure they get the building of their dreams.
Known for being organized, easy to work with, and detail-focused, Diran takes pride in making the process straightforward for clients and delivering structures that can be enjoyed for generations.
Fun Fact: Diran is the great – great nephew of architect Albert Frey, known for designing one of the first all-metal houses in the U.S. – a connection that adds a personal appreciation for innovative building and design.
